The TI Microlaser PS is available from Boffin Ltd. for around $2100; now there is a TI Microlaser PS17 which is even cheaper, and only has 17 font families, instead of the 35 in the Microlaser PS. Does anyone have any experience with either of the TI Microlaser printers? Consumable costs and availability? Quality of print? (I asked TI if they could send me a print sample, and they said they didn't send that out with sales literature -- which is a fault with a number of printer makers, I've noticed). Which 17 font families are included with the PS17? Does anyone have any really cheap sources for either printer? -- Clayton E.
