Just a reminder that the 1990 Microelectronic
System Education Conference is coming up on
July 29-August 1 at The LeBaron Hotel in San
Jose. Call 415.329.0510 or FAX 415.324.3150 for
more information.

There will be papers on all aspects of VLSI design
and there is a special focus this year on FPGA's.
There is also a series of tutorials on July 31 and
Aug 1.

I'm writing this note to let interested people know
that as part of the Exposition being held concurrently
there will be a University VLSI "swap meet", a
forum for all to exchange ideas, courseware, notes.
We will have a booth with SUNs/PCs/Macs to show
and swap CAD tools etc. We will also have a disk
duplicating machine so please bring along your
own material to show, swap and exchange!
