Does anyone know where I can find pads suitable for a 2um 2 metal nwell process?
The type I'm looking for should have the pad power rails on the outside
so that I can scale the rails without disturbing the pad and drivers.
One of the cells in the library must be a bidirectional pad
(i.e. tristate inverter and input on one pad).
