Hi,

I am using elm2.3, Patch Level5 on a Microvax-II running Ultrix-2.3.
I compiled elm without the 'debug' option, and I encountered with a
problem when I tried to save the outbound message to a file by  using 
the 'c' command after getting out of the editor.  I got an error 
message "Bad System Call" and was thrown out of elm.  Neither the 
message was saved nor was it sent. I had the same problem  when I
tried to save the message with the option "copy = ON".  The error
message and the consequences were the same in both the cases.

But it seemed to work fine when I compiled elm with the 'debug'
turned on.

If anyone has had this problem before or seem to have a pointer to
what could probably have gone wrong,  please e-mail me to the address
in the header or post.
