Today's batch of maps seem to have broken my copy of smail 3.1.19. When
I look at the world.err file, it contains:

   /usr/spool/uumaps/tmp/stm03139aa=: No such file or directory

And the resulting world.path is empty. It looks like something is
breaking in the mkpath script, however as far as I can see we haven't
changed anything.
