The uucico debug trace shows the message "Data corrupted". We are employing the f protocol. The problem however only occurs when a large file from the slave system is to be transfered. The file consist only of displayable ascii characters and linefeeds. The problem does not happen between two unix machines linked directly with an asynchronous line. Is there anybody who can shed some light on this problem? Or is there any decent f...ing (That's the way Newsweek spells it) documentation about uucico and its error messages and uucp in general? 'preciate any comments or suggestions. Eric Mynatt... PS: Incidently we are using the f protocol because the g protocol gave us initially so many problems. The uucp connection kept aborting in the beginning (the first data record was retransmitted and finally timed out).
