I'm posting this for a friend of mine who is a system administrator of
an IBM4381 running VM/CMS.  He is interested in porting the newsgroups
to his machine and is looking for a source, preferably an ftp site, for
the necessary software.

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who can help.
