I have a question.

We are porting an image processing application from Halo to Windows, and in
the process we will be dropping the ImagePro toolkit.  As a result, I need
to find a library of image processing routines (convolution, etc) that runs
under Windows.  We prefer source code.  Public domain or commercial is fine.

You can e-mail responses.  Naturally, if anyone is interested, I'll summarize.
