"EA DATA. SF", like os2ldr, like ibmbio.com is marked read-only, hidden, system.

None of these files can be successfully backed up and restored as normal
files.

They are all position and content sensitive.

Extended Attributes should be backed up with
the file or directory they belong to.

They are read and written using the EA APIs which 
are a part of OS/2 1.2 and beyond.
