I just installed the 1.2.  Then the OS/2 beeps when I was doing 'hello' in
pmsdk\samples\hello, after the screen was cleared.  Then nothing came out, and
I need to reboot.  Please note that I made 'hello.exe' from the new installed
environment. 

Any ideas?
