I have a copy myself, and I'm very impressed with it. I purchased it directly from the publisher of Dr. Comer's book. The name of the publisher has escaped me at the moment, so check the book. The price was ~$99. Unfortunately, a couple of days after I mailed my cheque, I found a computer book store in town which sold PC-XINU. So it pays to look around locally before you go to the publisher. Or, if you were really desperate, type the code in directly from the book. This is one way to appreciate how small XINU really is! Happy hacking.
