A while ago there was a discussion on comp.arch about new technology
which can build 20 meg ram drives on a big wafer for low cost. The
Mac-compatible portable from Australia has such a beast included in
it. Does anyone sell them in a SCSI configuration? A small internal
version could provide a very cost-effective (and silent!) swap disk
for workstations.
