Yes.  It works.  The code worked with a couple of minor changes
(all the man page filenames ended with ".l" instead of ".1" which
drove make crazy).  The biggest problem is the documentation,
which leaves a lot to the imagination.  On the other hand the
author responds to mail and is quite helpful in getting things
going.
