Thanks to Edward Moy (edmoy@violet.Berkeley.EDU) for pointing out that Apple's md copyright probably precludes making the md definitions available by anonymous FTP. Note that his macps/prepfix is a system for preparing LaserPrep files for download to printers, e.g. through lwsrv to a NeXT printer. It is available as info-mac/unix/macps-22.shar by anonymous FTP from sumex.stanford.edu Gary
