Some time ago somebody posted the adress for a ftp-site where
one could have gotten a socket emulation library for TLI.
I don't have that article anymore. Would somebody be so kind
and point me in the right direction ?

As i need this library for a test on monday i would really
appreciate any answers before that time.

Oh yes, could you please mail me the replies, i'll post a summary
if there is any interest.
