Some days you know the answer so you don't bother reading the question. As Francis Selkirk pointed out, we only support type 1 packet drivers, if you want to use IP over IPX (or SLIP for that matter) you have to use Wollongong's native drivers. By the by, I also got the release numbers wrong.
