I also am looking for a PC-based electronic mail package for
MSDOS.  I have a couple of absolute requirements:

 - I need the package to use SMTP to drop outbound mail on a
   local machine for delivery

 - I need the package to use POP3 to pick it's inbound mail up
   from a local Unix system.

Anybody know of such a beast?  Mail me; I will assemble collections
of responses for all interested parties.
