This is due to a limitation in the blitter. It can only blit so much at a time,
and in a large bitplane screen, it does the screen a couple bitplanes at a time
which you see as color flicker. I think the new blitter in the ECS might be
able to handle more screen memory per move and could eliminate the problem, but
I am not sure.
