It plugs into the 68000 socket and the 68000 plugs into it. Some soldering is required. It has a 1.3 rom in it which is only 256K. I called Michigan Software up to see if they would come out with a 512K version (for WB 2.0). I was told politely that 2.0 would not run on the 1000. Hopefully with time they'll see that it is possible to have 2.0 on a 1000. I really like the Kwickstart. It frees up 256k of memory which can be added in with addmem.
