Addison-Wesley publishes an incredibly good series of books on Apple products. The best way to get these is to order them through a good book store rather than your dealer. What you need to get your dealer to do is get Apple's pamphlet listing all of these publications so that you have the title, etc to order by. Apple sent a copy to all of the Users Groups so that's another possible way of getting it. I don't know if you could get a copy of the pamphlet directly from Apple yourself or not.
