The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the BIOS is part of the devkit, so it is not public domain. You can find that information in various books about the ST. However, the GEMDOS guide and the Pexec cookbook have both been posted to the net in the past, and I think the Pexec cookbook was even actually released to the public. However, I'm not a lawyer.
