Keywords: VAXSIM Message-ID: <9683.26ac352d@pbs.org> Date: 24 Jul 90 15:46:53 GMT Organization: PBS:Public Broadcasting Service, Alexandria, VA Lines: 18 DEC has just installed VAXsimPLUS 1.2A on our system, and we are considering the use of the VAXSIM/AUTOCOPY facility to help with our disk maintenance activities. We have a five VAX VAXcluster with volume shadowing. Has anyone else had any experience with the VAXsim/AUTOCOPY facility (good/bad)? If you are using it where do you put the VAXSIM/AUTOCOPY ASSIGN DRIVES command in your startup? I have thought of putting it in the SYPAGSWPFILES.COM file to make sure the disks exist when I install the page and swap files... Any comments will be appreciated. I will try to summarize to the net any mail responses I get. Seton -- Seton Droppers -- "Anything that I say is my opinion and not my employer's." Public Broadcasting Service, 1320 Braddock Pl.
