I'm the chairperson for Interex's HP9000 systems Improvement Committee. I'm susposed to have a direct contact into HP for this type of information. If you you are a member of Interex and would like to help improve HP's support and soft/hardware, I'd like to meet with you at the Boston Interex meeting Aug. 20-23.
