I"m not 100% sure that it has the /800 versions, but it definitely has the /300 versions -- I've been running X11R4 on my 9000/350 for about two months now. And yes, it's faster and better than X11R3, so upgrade. And yes, it runs fine under HP-UX 7.0 In case you don't know (flame on!) you can get the complete distribution from expo.lcs.mit.edu. It's big, so don't ftp it during the day.
