C. San Diego Lines: 19 Nntp-Posting-Host: magilla.ucsd.edu I am running Windows 3.0 (386 version) on an NCR 386-20 with EGA. I have followed Microsoft's instructions in their .txt and .wri files for using Programmer's WorkBench (uses Microsoft C 6.0) for Windows Program Development. When I mouse into the pwb from Windows, however, the mouse cursor will only move horizontally, not vertically. I have created the application for pwb under Windows as you are supposed to, and am not just running pwb from the DOS window. The screen also flickers when I move to other applications, and I sometimes get fragments of screen when going to the pwb application. Several of us have looked at the problem and it definitely seems to be a bug. Other applications run from Windows are fine as far as the mouse cursor goes. Any ideas? I find it impossible to get thru to any techie at Microsoft thru their 206-454-2030 support number. Thanks for any help. Dave Sudbeck UCSD
