Is it conveniently possible to format 5-1/4" diskettes to 720k on an
 AT compatible hard drive. (I have lots of DSDD diskettes that will not
 format to 1.2mb - only at 360k). I know this is a possible format, since
 PCTOOLS PCBACKUP will generate a proprietary format 720k diskette for
 backup use.

Advice is appreciated in advance
