In the process of working with remote2host (a carbon copy/pc-anywhere type
program allowing remote access to a computer at the dos level) I have run
into a problem.  Namely that I cannot find a way to send ALT-key sequences
over the line.  Is there a method I can use to compute the ascii equivilent
for these character codes? If not does anyone know of a terminal program
that correctly handles this problem?
