I am searching for CASE programs that meet the following
requirements.

For each process, creates a diagram of the processes, inputs,
outputs, and file interfaces.  Allows complete editing of the 
diagram (symbols, text and everything else) and laser printer support.
Mouse support a must for graphical editing.

Creates a report that lists all dependencies for a selected
process, includes all variables, processes and files.

When changes are made, a report can be created that will
list all processes, data flows, data elements that have been changed.

Has a accounting feature that shows all modifications when they occured,
who made them.

Extra: password protection for modification.
Real Extra: LAN support with process edit locking.
