A new release of Meta has been located in the "usual" place for those
of you already running ISIS.  This release corrects a number of minor
problems in the last release, most notably:

1. Some memory leaks have been fixed.

2. How the sensor descriptor table is maintained has been changed, to
   make it more efficient for normal Meta usage.

3. The rdbms set of utilities is not supported in the last two
   releases, so the code for it has been removed.  We anticipate
   fixing this system so that it will work Meta in the next release.

4. The documentation has been improved (largely thanks to G. Thaker).
