I recently ftp'd Maclayers, and compiled it on my Unix host, a
SPARCstation 1 running 4.0.3.  However, once I have logged in using
MacLayers as my terminal emulator, I type "layers," and a dialog box
comes up with the following error,

	"Encode Request Not
	 Received From Host"

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?  I have poured through the
documentation, the source, and the debug output, but to no avail.
