	I dropped off and fell asleep during the discussions of SUM II
and MacTools.  Could someone/anyone discuss the difference between the
two and how each is good at
	a) drive recovery
	b) file repair
	c) disk optimization

I looked through past messages and couldn't find what I was after.  Thanks.
