The hardware was all set, and everything looked right from a "TOPS" view or the Internet Manager view. But I had not configured the applications right. NCSA Telnet--all I had to do was change the zone name. (I guess I just forgot) MacTCP is tougher. I haven't quite gotten it yet, but I know what should happen. The SMTP daemon depends on MacTCP, so once I fix that mail will flow again... Thanks for the e-mail suggestions. And thanks to Paul Mazzorello (sp?) at Shiva.
