I've tried email, with no success (so far), so I am posting this with the hope
that it will reach G. Ulloa or someone else that might have produced a similar
item.  

As Apple apparently has little interest in getting MPW to work correctly with
ImageWriter LQs (draft output can now be produced, but the Print tool will only 
print out half a page worth of text before doing a page eject <- best case
scenario), I would very much like to get a copy of this, if possible.

Is this possible?
