Take a look at page 104 in the Macintosh IIci Owner's Guide where it states: 1. With the system turned off, insert a paper clip into the notch in the power switch. 2. Press the power switch in and turn it 90 degrees clockwise. The manual states that "This feature is provided primarily for specialized applications, such as when the computer is used as a file server." I'll bet . . . . . David Baird University of Chicago
