Sorry, I don't have enough experience yet with these drives to provide a
meaningful comparison.  I'll try to post a note after I've used both for
a while.  The Toshiba seems to work fine with Apple software such as the
CD Remote DA.  We haven't been able to use non-Mac CDs with either drive.
