Lines: 21 [] Please forgive this question from a novice (I've never used anything bigger than a Mac Plus...) I want to get a Mac that has: * 2 Meg or more RAM * a 40-meg hard disk * a floppy drive of the sort that reads IBM disks * a monochrome display of any size larger than the teensy Mac Plus size What's the CHEAPEST system (that's currently in production) that I can get with these features? (I'm not even sure what the difference between an SE and a SE/30 is... nor do I know anything about the Mac II's...) Thanks in advance for helping me enter into the Mac world... -- james "kibo" parry, 138 birch lane, scotia, ny 12302 <-- close to schenectady. kibo@pawl.rpi.edu _________________________________________________ kibo%pawl.rpi.edu@rpi.edu / Kibology / Anything I say is my opinion, userfe0n@rpitsmts.bitnet / is better! / and is the opposite of Xibo's.
