Keywords: CD-ROM, ejecting Message-ID: <1990Jul20.171833.26623@ux1.cso.uiuc.edu> Date: 20 Jul 90 17:18:33 GMT Sender: usenet@ux1.cso.uiuc.edu (News) Organization: University of Illinois at Urbana Lines: 17 Is there a simple way to eject a CD-ROM from within HyperCard or SuperCard? Is it built into the Mac System, or the CD-ROM driver, or can it be done as an XCMD? (I assume it can, I just don't know how, but I am willing to try writing such an XCMD if someone will point me in the right direction.) We have a CD-ROM connected to an SE/30 in our library. It is mostly used to do SilverPlatter MedLine searches. We'd like to put a HyperCard front end on so that patrons could use it for their own CD-ROMs as well. Thanks. Pete Z.
