Can anyone tell me the latest rumors about the new "educational Macs"
to be introduced supposedly around December.  A friend of mine who
teaches elementary school now has the opportunity to buy an SE or Plus
at a very good price, but wants to know what she could get if she
waits for the new Macs.  Specifically, she wants to know:

- speed and memory capacity compared to the SE
- color capabilities
- approximate cost
