Message-ID: <10186@wehi.dn.mu.oz> Date: 22 Jul 90 17:07:59 GMT Organization: < Haywire Inc. > Lines: 29 Hi Net, Thanks to those people who replied to my earlier queries, that was much appreciated. I have some more questions: 1) Why doesn't Multifinder recognise the invisible bit on the folder flags? I'm running 6.04 and the UniFinder makes the folder invisible. 2) Why doesn't SFGetFile pass a folder's information to it's filterProc? Folders don't even get a look in during the display pass. I'm writing an application to allow users to build up a list of files to hide and show later. This stops children from trashing documents and applications while playing games on the Mac. This would be useful if you could select a folder to become invisible, I have got the folder selecting bit. Making individual files invisible would be impractical. aTdHvAaNnKcSe..... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jon Eaves "Oh no, there goes Tokyo, go go Godzilla." - Blue Oyster Cult _Godzilla_ ACSnet ( jon@wehi.dn.mu.oz ) UUCP ( uunet!munnari!wehi.dn.mu.oz!jon ) Internet ( jon%wehi.dn.mu.oz@uunet.uu.net ) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
