In a question about using PICT resources and fast scrolling someone said for
fastest scrolling, CopyBits is the way, and I would have to keep a bitmap on
hand.  They mentioned something about pixmaps also...is there a way to use a
PICT resource to generate a bitmap?  And what or where is this pixmap located
for a PICT resource once it is loaded?
