Does anyone have a copy of Tech Note 276 they could send me?
It's titled "Gimmie Depth Or Gimmie Death (So You Want to be
a Monitors Impersonator)" and has documentation for SetDepth().

I tried to get it from apple.com and sumex-aim.stanford.edu,
but they only have Tech Notes up to 268.
