First, does anyone have any example code on how to use the script manager routines for converting numbers to canonical format and back. I can't seem to get it to work right. In playing with it, it seems that FormatStr2X converts a formatted string into some strange number, not what it should be. More strangely, by using FormatX2Str I am able to turn the strange number back to the original string. Second, are third-party script interface systems possible or has Apple decided to keep that stuff to itself? Maurice Volaski
