	I've encountered a problem with the Shell
application on my cube. I Attempted to Replace Shell
with Terminal in  /NextApps to order to get Terminal to run
when doing a Make from IB. This did NOT work. So...

I put the Shell back in /NextApps with the right permissions
and now cannot open a new window. The image looks ok (not corrupt)
but new from the Shell menu doesnt do anything. A new pty is
allocated but I dont get any window. Eventually I get a message back
saying all ptys are in use.

	What could be the problem?
	Appreciate any comment.
