Page 31 of the SunOS 4.1 Release Manual mentions that the current version
of the NFS Mount protocol is version 2, and servers must be running this
version of the protocol in order to support the "posix" mount option.
However, section 8.5 of the new Network Programming Guide only describes
version 1 of the protocol.  Is documentation of Mount version 2 available?
