I got one of the missing Windows 3.0 upgrade offers too --- I know it
belongs to someone else, as I don't have an old Windows to be upgraded...

I also just got a *second* upgrade offer for DOS 3.3, plus an offer
for 4.something --- they must really hate it that 3.21 still works
for me :-) :-) :-)
