Subject: Is there a special BibTeX for use with web2c?

The subject sorta says it all. I'm trying to compile BibTeX on a MIPS M120
using web2c. The bibtex.p (produced by tangle) that I have doesn't work with
web2c. Can some kind soul either send me or point me towards a bibtex.web and 
bibtex.ch that work with web2c.
