Hello All,
  In the book that I am typesetting, there are are a lot of Corollaries,
  Theorems, Examples; all made via use of the \newtheorem environment.

  The author would like to have a list of theorems, list of Corollaries,
  list of Examples, just like a list of Tables.  I plan to put something
  together by examining how the \listoftables works and imitating it.

  However if someone has already put together a style sheet to do this then
  I'd like to avoid "reinventing the wheel".  

  Please email me if you have any info on this, I will summarize responses
  to the net.
