I believe ansi2knr is a utility to convert Ansi C to Kernighan and Richie C.
GhostScript is written in Ansi C, and I don't have gcc or another Ansi C
compiler.  Could someone please tell me where to get this utility?  With my
luck it'll be written in Ansi C!!   Thanks.  -- SMY
