Thanks for the suggestions in both the responses.
I don't have the lock files in /usr/spool/mail.
I do have the path set properly.
However, I noticed that I donot have the full directory structure of
"mh".  I am missing the configuration file and some other files.
I am not sure if they are needed or not.
