As of today (19 July), Holt, Rinehart and Winston / Saunders still doesn't
admit the existence of the $45 price for the pair of 10th Edition manuals.
I spoke to a "Customer Relations" rep whose number was printed on the
invoice I got...he admitted having three other customers tell him the same
thing, but he said he had no info about it himself.

Anyone got the right incantation to fix this?  Someone in particular to
call, or an order number to quote?
